My dance career started at the Boston School of Ballet. At just 18 years old I took the leap and moved to New York City to chase my dreams. To make ends meet I modeled wedding dresses as my day job. I finally got my big break and landed a role in Jerome Robbin’s Broadway. I then moved to San Diego to raise my 4 kids and have spent 27 years in the Theatre & Dance Department at UCSD. I specialize in all Latin dances such as salsa, cha cha, and bachata. I also often choreograph waltz, Tango, and swing depending on what musical genre you choose.
